the manufacturer's part number, our stock number, or product name then
enter the info in the entry box and click on the Search button located
at the top of each page.
Online Ordering & Order Tracking
Online buying from Industrial Automation is easy and secure. For every item there will be an "Add to cart" button which is selected to add the item to your shopping cart. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it, you can always remove the item from your cart. After you add an item to your shopping cart, you can choose to place your order or continue shopping. When you have all the items you need in your shopping cart, click on the "view cart" button at the top of the page to review your order. Next you may click on the "Proceed
to Checkout" button to enter your shipping and billing information. After completing the order form,
entering your payment info, and clicking on the "Place Order" button your order
will be instantly transmitted to our office. (If you do not want to order online or you need to create a purchase requisition simply print a copy of your shopping cart and call or fax in your order.)
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. You can track the status of your order
by registering during checkout and clicking on the "Order Status" button
located at the bottom of each page. Additionally, you can track the status of your shipment from a link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Confirmation
When you place your order you will be given the option to receive an email confirmation of your order. Simply leave the "Receive
email " box checked on the order form and an email will be sent within 5 minutes confirming your order. You can also print a copy of the order form when you submit your order. We send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. The shipping confirmation email contains a link where you can track the current "in transit" status of your order.
Sales Tax & International Duties
Sales tax will be charged to North Carolina customers unless we have a tax exemption certificate on file from your company. No sales tax will be added for orders outside this area. International customers are responsible for any duty, tax or tariff imposed by the destination country.
Product Availability
Standard product availability is listed beside each item. This is the standard time you can expect each item to ship from our warehouse. "Same
Day" means the item is usually in stock and will ship from our warehouse
the same business day. Upon receiving your order we will notify you if the standard lead times can not be met. In case of "stock out" situations, our manufacturers' current production lead times will prevail.
